Resumo

微课作为一种新型的教学模式，已成为教师教学的重要辅助工具。微课短小精悍、针对性强，应用在小学数学课堂中能够提高学生学习主动性和课堂教学效率。但在实际使用中，存在一些问题：微课设计制作存在不足之处；微课内容以单向的知识传递为主，缺乏互动性；缺乏有效的微课学习评价机制。针对这些问题，本文从学校和教师层面进行分析，并提出了相关的应对策略：提高微课设计质量；注重微课内容的新颖性和趣味性；注重微课使用时机；建立有效的微课学习评价机制。
