Ethnomathematics and Enawenê-Nawê Culture: the processes of generation, updating, and dissemination of knowledge in the rituals at Iyaõkwa Hakolone

Resumo
This research analyzed the processes of construction of the Iyaõkwa Hakolone ritual house of the Enawenê-Nawê people from the perspective of Ethnomathematics, seeking to understand how mathematical knowledge emerges in these stages. Data were collected through focus group interviews with leaders, teachers, and guardians of tradition, aiming to identify cultural, aesthetic, and mathematical meanings associated with the ritual house. The results indicate that the construction integrates cosmological principles, material resistance, and geometric organization, forming a sacred space of cultural convergence. It is concluded that the Iyaõkwa Hakolone represents a microcosm of the Enawenê-Nawê worldview, highlighting the union between traditional knowledge, social identity, and spirituality.
