Resumo
This article discusses textbooks on mathematics, algebra and geometry developed during the reformation of basic general mathematical education in the 1970s. In the process of analyzing these textbooks, the main transformations introduced into textbooks were formulated, as well as the main trends in the dynamics of their development were formulated within the framework of the idea of “modernization” of mathematical education in the USSR during the period under review.
